I actually know of a few that will, and do turn down threesomes.
I know of more girls that will turn down threesomes than guys though - seeing as more guys are eager to try that sort of thing.

 

I've turned down every threesome offered to me (all were ffm) for various reasons, usually because the girls were complete sluts and that's an instant boner killer for me.
