About 18 years ago, I was getting Ecstasy from the Netherlands through the mail. My supplier was very savvy and packaged the pills to resemble Human Growth Hormone. I waited longer than usual to receive them and when they finally arrived, my envelope was stamped by the US Customs Department. I was in disbelief! Thank god for the cleverness of my Amsterdam connection! I only wish I had saved the envelope because I have never heard of this before.
I can't go into it or be as specific, but also being on the receiving end, I definitely concur with you about the talents of "the one" that can side step a few law enforcement land mines.
It is quite amazing. The same Netherlands supplier used to send me boxes of Belgium chocolates that were really either 55 grams of marijuana, or 70 grams of hash. It was the best thing going in those days.
