Maui post firestorm. Controversial land sales.

We have witnessed the terrible loss of life and property in Maui, Hawaii. A firestorm has destroyed the town of Lahaina. Residents are complaining that investors are offering to purchase thier real estate. The Governor has issued a warning about speculators making offers to buy distressed properties.

I find it confounding that there were early videos of "ooh, look, there's a little bit of smoke...maybe it's a fire...." Did someone just happen to call the fire department around then, or don't they have those in Hawaii? Yeah, I know, I'm a back seat fireman..... What a shit show.
