OK just to clear up the rules, I'm going to disallow manual stimulation by others, even though Onanism itself seems to derive from a story about coitus interruptus and technically masturbation is any manual stimulation, either of ones own or another's bits. this is a hard one i guess on average 5-10 times a week but sometimes its none others its 20 or so but i guess it levels out.
