According to my urologist, the only thing that can inhibit orgasm, is some kind of prescription drug, typically antidepressants, but other drugs too.

Otherwise, there probably isn't much more to say. I know the older I get, the harder is it to cum. But my urologist pointed out I am actually taking a med that might do that too (which is ironic--I didn't even realize that until he told me).

Type II diabetes and age related arterial diseases can sometimes affect erections (thank goodness for Viagra, now). But being anorgasmic, that is typical an Rx thing. My doc says basically, there is nothing else that could cause it..
