Note - buying used underwear to wank with and using/stealing found underwear is pathetic and completely unacceptable. Masturbation is healthy and normal but can easily move into the perverse. I imagine most women would be horrified to find some creep had been sniffing their worn pants or wankng into them.

Why should we take note?

I think your bold type judgment is quite far off and based on your own prejudice and perception.
For example, you wrote:

Stealing is unacceptable because it's against the law.
However, buying used underwear for masturbatory purposes is a choice and decision between she, whose panties they are and he, who's considering paying for them.
You have responded to the survey, that you use used knickers/panties for your masturbation so I wonder what is your issue.
Are you embarrassed with yourself for short-changing your partner because you use your partner and her knickers but you don't pay her?

2. Masturbation is healthy and normal
I agree with you but there is many who wouldn't.

3. I imagine most women would be horrified
It seems a lot of women make considerable sums of money from selling their used underwear, which suggests to me that many are not horrified.
I'm not sure of any statistical work that would clarify between "most being horrifed" and "many being very content".
So, why should we take 'NOTE'?
