I often stay hard for quite awhile after orgasm. Sometimes, I can just keep going & experience another orgasm within a few minutes. The second orgasm is usually extremely intense, although not much comes out. Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I had no refractory period until shorty after my first ejaculation.
