Legalization across the country is going viral

 

America, the country that exported prohibition to the rest of world during NIxon's tenure is now moving back to normalisation, while we in the UK still have to put up with this BULLSHIT!!!!!

 

Only because the US demands it. Pot is still illegal in Jamaica!

I think California legalized marijuana for recreational purposes as well.

It's coming to the UK too. America pressured the rest of the world to follow its drug policies. Once America does not care about weed every one else can make up their mind. And hopefully they can use the data from Ameirca to see it is better for people to able to buy weed like they would a loaf of bread. The Netherlands figured this out too. Less people use there compared to Americans because it's not a taboo. If you want it then it is there. People have been using this plant for thousands of years and the current laws don't stop people from doing so. They just ensure the price will be more expensive and the profits are not taxed and put back into the local economy.

For the record, maine, california, nevada and massachusetts passed rec cannabis. The only state that voted on it and didnt pass it is arizona. States that passed medical include Florida, arkansas, north dakota, and montana.

Its pretty significant that so many eastern and southern states have legal cannabis since this past election. Maine, Mass, Arkansas, Florida, wow. 90% of the country now lives in states that have cannabis legal in some form.

Now I have a weekend job harvesting marijuana

 

The tax revenue will be great for the local economy. People will soon see that the sky does not fall when you have a weed store. The customers cause less trouble than a liquor store where the drunks come at all hours.

So many people came to Colorado because it was like the Amsterdam of America. This unique place where buying weed is no big deal if you want it. Now more and more people stay in their own state. But like here if the tax is too high or the quality is not as good people will still buy in the black market. Especially when the substance is legal.
