We can't vote them out if people simply won't get their asses out to vote. That is the only way nut jobs like these get into office - complacency by the overwhelming majority of common decent people, complicated by increasing voter suppression. However, we just sit back an let it happen. Co-nut job Lindsay Graham would never have made it back in office if he had simply won half of the student and minority vote - but that half didn't vote, it was too hard.... Yes, you just might have to put a little effort into this. No it isn't right. Yes it's racial and prejudicial. Yes, they, unfortunately have a lot of money to spend - it's not about who is most qualified for the job, but who can raise the most cash for smear ads - and there are some wonderful ones already springing up.
