I don’t know why he’s not in jail for that statement

 

I'm sure the feds are closely looking into the matter.

it's a close call under the 1st amendment because he doesn't actually call for violence, but merely suggests it 'under his plan'

 

The fact that he revealed “his plan” is clearly enough to prosecute him. They would put you and I under the jail, if we said it and simply because of our “intentions”. But HIS statements (like all these other toxic politicians) are protected by the first amendment.

To his credit the girl initially told him she was 17 but as it turns out she was only 15 years old.

The problem is once she confessed to her real age, he immediately sent her a video in which his dick is exposed.

He claims he felt pressured into sending her the photos and video (You know reciprocity and all that jazz) but I suspect the only pressure was in his pants after looking at photos of her naked teenage body

The sad fact is, Trump could murder a baby on live tv before a million witnesses, and half his supporters would try to justify it. The other half? They'd claim it was a deepfake made a liberal....despite their being a million witnesses. Margie is one of the latter.
