Yes because they still sell it at the same price street dealers sell it for. Don't get me wrong california has the best cannabis than the dealers couple of years ago could ever get there hands on. But its because its some what legal in california see we the people have to take back our plant and claim it because on ethir side legal or not. There's money involve.

marijuana is not a wonder drug. getting high has its consequences. imo, people who think otherwise are either young, haven't smoke much yet, or in denial.

that being said, it should be legal. then we we'll get over it in a generation or two and have a more mature perspective towards its recreational and therapeutic use, not to mention the socio-economic changes that will occur when anyone can grow a multipurpose fiber in their own backyards.

Yes mellow, now if we could only get our automotive industry movin on part solar, part hemp/ biofuel and part mycellium infused ethanol we could move away from the petrol addiction, not to mention paints, plastics and pharmaceuticals... But yes leap may be our strongest allies
