Roxette singer dead at 61

 

I grew up listening to them, thats very sad to hear..

 

So sad.

 

So sad, so young!

 

I don't know her but as a cancer survivor I feel sad when one is lost.

 

Bummer.

 

Their duo was an inspiring musical creation. Her partner Per was a clever song writer and their vocals were pleasant and creative. I was so encouraged a few years ago when I learned of Marie's recovery and how she rejoined Per on stage - to his surprise. Always sad when someone succumbs to such an insatiable malady and even more so when it's a creative and inspiring performer.
