refrigeration, narrow gauge railways, computers and the internet. aside from those, plus solar cells, storage batteries and generators turned by waterwheels and wind mills i'd say the rest of it is pretty much crap. i love tecnology but i sure don't love the use of combustion to power it. i suppose the chimney damper, speaking of combustion, that lets you heat a house or a room, without filling it with smoke. that must have been truely a marvel when someone first came up with it. i think the stupidest invention was money. the second stupidest being the gas powerd automobile. although the pocket watch has to be somewhere in the neighborhood of those two. collective love of something unseen greater then ourselves, as a way to encourage people to want to avoid causing suffering and harm, is one of the good ones, but the idea that it, or anything, needs to be infallable, was one of the worst. =^^= .../\...
ok, ill make a cheap knock off with no nutritional value and call them "IQ waffles" so all the morons can have 8 in the morning and we can tell who they are cuz they weigh 700 pounds!! i saw mankinda greatest invention today, its an oxygen generator, byproduct is medical grade No2.. means we dont need trees anymore.. just a nuclear power plant and and H2O, and we can use the stacks on the plant for shade fro the sun because we have no more atmosphere
i have to mostly aggree. the only good thing about it is to keep someone from running off with something you need right when you need to use it, but other then that. the concept of owning the land is totaly rediculous. or keeping someone else from being able to use something that you have no intention in hell of using yourself. and people accumulating things just to try and impress each other that they can. like what's that supposed to gratify? tools that you use all the time make some sense to own, but not everything someone else makes with them. the room you occupy, but politeness, if it was universal, would take care of that too. =^^= .../\...
oh shit sorry, GREATEST creations.. hmm.. everything good in this world i think of seems to be spiritual and not created by man.. i wish we stayed more primitive than we are now.
