I'm part of the population that has the COVID-19 vaccination mandate for work. "Vaccinate or terminate." I was very happy to comply. My peers? Not everyone has a like-minded philosophy. What are your thoughts?
So, we're getting rid of teachers that don't believe in science, health care workers who don't believe in medicine, and first responders who don't believe in public safety. I fail to see any down side to this.
This is what anti-vaxxers do. A mutated virus, anti-vaxxers and a vulnerable population: how polio returned to the US
So Washington State is in the midst of a whooping cough outbreak….. what a Disgrace! A very effective vaccine is widely available and has been for a long time but conspiracy idiots, T, RFK Jr and the ignorati have been promoting anti vaccination campaign. So hundreds of children will suffer needlessly because of social conspiracy shit and lives will be lost. I know because I had whooping cough as a 5 year old and remember it as a very long hideous experience….just before the vaccine became available for my age group. I didn’t get smallpox, diphtheria, polio, and tetanus though because my parents made damn sure I got every available vaccination. People who don’t get their children vaccinated are guilty of child abuse and should be prosecuted…. No excuses. Period. They read dangerously harmful ideas on social media and don’t have the basic intelligence to reject the garbage. Course they support a certain exPresident who was just convicted of 34 felonies too.
The only problem is that too many vaccinations weaken natural immunity. I took advantage of the first covid vaccinations, but leave most other viruses to boost my natural immunity. Due to constant exposure, paramedics are required to accept most vaccinations. This has caused several problems in the long term. Needless to say, I agree with children being vaccinate against previously killer diseases. Polio being a good example. At the end of the day, it is a difficult balancing act.
Actually not having a large enough percentage of the population vaccinated leaves open vulnerability because herd immunity is not achieved and generic variations continue to thrive. Nobody could even suggest the US response to Covid under T was effective…..given the more than 1 million fatalities. I grew up in era without measles or mumps or chicken pox vaccine and everyone got the disease and some had serious consequences. The best examples are those diseases that have been eradicated thanks to international efforts. I’m now at an age where vaccinations are extra important but limited in those I can get because of autoimmune issues.
Vaccines are not good for your immune system really and this covid "vaccine" is the worst of them all!! God forbid someone who gets this gets reallly sick.. BY DESIGN THEY WONT GET OVER IT!! This is NOT a vaccine........ I do not think it should be forced on anyone!!
The one major vaccine people need to protect their loved ones from needlessly contracting diseases by not getting vaccinated is the stupidity vaccine. It’s called education.
Their is an unconfirmed theory that the current viral outbreak is when we contract the virus while our natural immunity and that provided by the early vaccines are conflicting with each other. This current one is very nasty, draining our energy for between 3 and 6 weeks. Paracetamol helps to lower the body temperature, thus limiting bacterial attacks, but taking it over a 6 week period is normally not recommended.
Those viruses that you mention are generally regarded as diseases. That is where our immune system does not work against them and they leave organ scarring that leads to permanent disability and often an early death. These viruses are not mutating, so vaccination as a child gives decades of protection. In theory, this should cause the extinction of the virus, but it is unknown whether a vaccinated person can become a carrier. Viruses such as covid are constantly mutating and we give them the generic term "flu". With these, vaccination is a constant game of cat and mouse. With the former group I generally agree with vaccination, but there have been scares, particularly with MMR. With the later group, vaccination can slow down a pandemic, but only when we have them cultured already. On a first mutation, it is very difficult. Corona is a difficult one and at first was thought of as a first mutation. However, with every passing week it is falling further into doubt. The earliest suspect is the 1918 Spanish flu This could well be true since the conditions were similar. Soldiers during WW1 eating raw infected food.
Covid and the flu are indeed tricky….but try selling the botched US response to the families of the estimated 500,000 excess deaths in the US compared to other industrialized countries. Veterinary medications and bleach…OMG.
Too bad there's no vaccine for terminal stupidity. I remember rolling my eyes at that dumb celebrity who started all this nonsense, and smugly thinking lots of people had too much common sense, to not jeopardize their good health to do anything but mock her. Now it's an entire movement.
Over a dozen young healthy people I know suddenly died after they got vaccinated. I really believe the coronavirus vaccine is a weapon of mass destruction.
My best friends father who turned on me because I wouldnt take this garbage said this to me: "Take your head out of your ass and do your researcb about this shot" And I told him I did and thats why I dont want it!! This shot is no good...... It basically diaables your immune system so if you get really sick, your not gonna get over it! (By design) I have done my research mate!!
My wife and I have had every COVID shot and booster since 2020. Never got COVID and never got sick from any of the shots. I know many many people who have gotten the shot, no one ever got sick from the shots. So let's see your research. You don't believe the Mayo Clinc: You don't believe the CDC: You don't believe John Hopkins: Obviously you don't believe in science, medicine, doctors, or peer reviewed research. Where did you get your information ? Maybe from JFK Jr., a man with a degree law who couldn't pass the bar exam?
