    HELL YEA!

that happens to me more often... it's total BULL
in the morning I weigh 170 then afternoon check and I am 175
just to depress me right before bed I jump on and it's 166 WTF?????
and to top things off I am obese... I mean just the word scares me
apparently I should weigh 120-140 or something like that and well 175 is far from that.... :(
but on the brighter side.. my man is touching me all the time now.. he says he can feel the difference.. and says even though he loved making love to me before it's better now because of how I move my body differently.. :&

I dont work out. Working with kids every day for 9 hours and walking to various places is enough for me. Surely enough exercise

    Glad youre feelin good, though

I won't step on a scale. I'm too afraid, and I don't want to know. I have a major fear of it (my weight) being higher than I want it to be, so the mere thought of stepping on a scale is enough to make me have a massive panic attack. :& But then again, with all of my long history of eating disorders stemming back from 9 years old and a really distorted self image, I suppose it's to be expected.

I judge by how I feel, how my clothes fit, that kind of thing. I would become seriously preoccupied with the numbers on the scale, and I don't want to get into that. I'd drive myself even more crazy. ;)

WELL, one of the girls at the grocery store today said "you look really cute today. i wanted to tell you that out in the parking lot, but thought it would be wierd." hehehehe. i'm not kicking my ass at the gym tiday, because i didn't clean my house yesterday. i was too tired. so it's a nightmare in here. i figure that'll be enough of a workout.

damnit, you're not obese! you look great, especially the bikini pics.... you may have some extra weight, but you're not obese

the body fluctuates in weight throughout the day, so dont' get too worked up when you see it goes up and down...so with that, don't get on the scale everyday...do it once a week. say on sunday morning. each sunday morning, you get on the scale and write what you weigh down. then next sunday, get on the scale again, at the same time you did last sunday - so just pick a time, say 8am and every sunday weigh yourself at 8am...in the same spot in the house.
or you can do it twice weekly, say sunday and wednesday. but do it at the same time, same place, so you can get consistant reads on the scale.

unless you plan on competing in a sport where you need to meet a specific weight, then i wouldn't worry about weighing yourself everyday

fitzy I love you... that's a really good idea
one I will definitely use ;)

HCM.. no .. no .. just you shush your mouth ;)
you are such a doll.. I feel for your past experiences with eating disorders I have had my share of bad habits (longish story)
and I think it's way cool that you've just decided not to even care what number you might be.. that's awesome!

KC I could have told you that..you are a pure hawty
working out has to only enhance that because of how it makes you feel inside but as for your outer being.. mm nothing needs changing
side note.. isn't it lovely to get those sweet unexpected compliments.. not that I get them often but when a stranger takes the time to say something way decent just cause... yep it definitely makes me feel good :D

i have about 45 more pounds to lose. jeez. it's daunting when i think about the big picture, so i ignore it most of the time. i weigh 175 right now and i'm only 5'5" thankfully a large portion of that is my breasts.

I find it hard to stick to the routine I have.. I like it but every few days or so I feel like.. *ugh* not this again.. even though I know I love the way it make me feel.. it's almost like I get bored of the same old thing

sorry for complaining so much =S

keep a exercise journal: write it down

write down your goals...your goals should be attainable, but still worth the hard work to get them. the big goals you have (the weight you want to attain in the future), have small goals for them. have daily workable goals for the longterm goals. example: in 6 months you want to have lost x amount of pounds; its a great goal to have to lose that weight, but what are your daily goals to get to the 6 month goal. smaller goals lead to larger goals. have other goals than just weight loss, maybe a goal of running a 5k...

routines are great, just make sure you are pushing yourself...routines can become quite routine ;) - you just do the same thing over and over again; make the workout harder, change things up. buy a deck of cards, and do a a workout with the cards. each suit has a different exercise. etc make it fun

another note on the goals - let the people around you know about those goals...let your guy read them over, send it to your friends...put them up online...it'll help keep ya accountable

Well I'm only 5'3". Almost 5'4", or at least I was, however I think I might be shrinking. I think I'm in the upper 120's-to low 130's as far as my weight. Not sure though. Who knows? All I know is a wear a size 6 in misses/women's clothing. I don't think I'll ever, ever be a size 3 again. Ever, ever, ever. But you know, that's okay. No biggie. At this point in time I'm not trying to lose any more weight, I'm just doing what I'm doing to be healthy and toned. I lost my baby weight, so now it's just maintaining where I'm at. It's all good.

Oh and yes, fitzy is the MAN. He's a tremendous help when it comes to giving lots of great info on work-outs and exercises to try. He helped me out a lot this past year! Heck, I owe a lot of my shape to him! ;)

i couldn't do all that writing out goals and stuff. if i do that, i start feeling pressured and all the joy is gone. i can't keep to a specific schedule. i'll start killing people.
