This is a secret oral tradition, the practices are secret and I am not revealing the practices themselves but I like to share something that every man can benefit from no matter what spiritual path you are walking. A Woman can have many different kinds of orgasms: The typical clitoral orgasm is to be avoided because it depletes the energy of the woman just like ejaculation depletes the man. The G spot orgasm is already much better but the real gold is the cervical orgasm. This orgasm goes straight up like a kundalini awakening and awakens the whole body and is the most powerful tool to enlightenment for a woman. This is not very obvious when you look at Tibetan Buddhism, but really this is the essence of all the Tantras that form the base of these complex doctrines. Now men do not have a cervix or anything corresponding to that. But still, a man can experience this kind of orgasm by a kind of mirroring process.
