I'd have to say, the Venus 2000 by Sybian, or a Male Milking machine that is similar. You can soak the sleeves in hot water prior to use to get the temp up. you might be able to fill the tube surrounding the sleeve with warm water or liquid as long as you don't fill it too much and block the air intakes
