I've met one, in Utrecht a few years ago. I thought it was a guy I was talking to at the bar, but it turned out it was a post-op transexual 'woman'. I later met her butch girlfriend.

 

I belive that men an women sould be equal, women should be able to do sport and men should be allowed to be nurses that sort of thing.

 

Men are allowed to be nurses. Matter of fact male nurses are in higher demand than female ones.

 

Of course they are. There are less of them. Because of what I believe musicfreak meant... that it's not as socially accepted. I think that attitude is evolving quickly, though.

It seems to me that creating balance is a delicate thing, the name feminism kiboshes the whole thing. How are men who are afraid of metaphorically being castrated by the new society supposed to take this? It's really the stupidest thing that will only turn men off the idea. just call it gender equality. isnt' that what it is? isn't that what it's supposed to be?
