I recently movedd into a house and found the ISO 2 hash maker. It came with a brief discription on how to use it but its not detailed enough for me to use it. I would love if someone could tell me how to use this beast. I know it's a long shot cuz i think its from the 70's but if you have any info on it or can lead me in the right direction i'd really apprieciate it.
hmmm, ISO hash is black/golden brown hash oil. Well I dont know cuz I cant see it myself, maybe you could get a picture. But ISO Hash involves the pot/trim to be shooken strongly for about 2 minutes, then filtured threw a coffee filter, and the liquid to be purged by making it real hot, ussually boiling water in a pot and the plate ontop. But Then again I have no clue what the ISO 2 hash maker is so I dont know.

i would love to give one of these machines a try if i ever ran across one.................it has nothing to do with isopropyl alcohol........
Ok ,, well after reading into it, Its like making meth the TCH way.. Strip tch with iso, add sulfuric acid.. End step in meth process.. I dont know if I wanna make my weed better the meth way.. but never know..
I had one back in the 70's and used it a lot. Pour 1/2 cup to a cup of pure isopropyl aclcohol (not rubbing alcohol) in the metal cylinder (pot) of the unit. Place the basket into the unit and put a coffee filter into the basket. Place the material you wish to process into the coffee filter. Place the cooling unit on top and fasten the locking springs on the outside to hold it securely in place. Turn on the heating element (light bulb inside unit under the pan). This will evaporate the alcohol which will condense in the cooling tube and drip through the center, washing the active ingredient from the material and into the alcohol in the pan. Let the process run for a few hours, I don't remember how long - its been quite a while, until the material is thoroughly washed. Shut off the heat and let the unit cool. Open unit and toss the coffee filter and dead material. Place a medium height glass, large enough to hold the amount of alcohol used, in the basket. Repeat the process. The glass will now catch the liquid alcohol leaving behind a black gooey substance in the pan. You can repeat the process with finer filtering until the desired result is achieved..ie honey oil, or mix the resultant goo with flour or whatever to create a little cake Good Luck..and oh how I wish I still had mine!
