Make-up or Natural

Do you wear make-up or do you prefer to go natural?

Men...do you prefer her to wear it or not and when she does do you like it or want to wash it off?


I wear it but I'm trying to wear less of it so my face looks more natural. Now that summer is coming my skin will have a nice tone to it so wearing less won't be a problem.

I can't stand lipstick on me. blah

 

I prefer natural fer sure.
Don't care for the fake lip stuff either.
Men don't, or most of them, so why should the gals?! lol

I never wear make up....I hate the way it feels on my face.

I think it stems from having to wear it growing up at dance competitions and other performances and of course we had to wear an abnormally large amount of it...so I pretty much hated it.

Sometimes I want to because my face is so broken out sometimes, but I figure...if someone's going to think my breakouts are that ugly, they odn't have to look at me.

 

I wear make-up, I've gone through periods where I wore next to none (my husband said he preferred the natural look) but you know, I honestly have fun doing the whole make up thing. It's like, art in a way, creative expression. I enjoy it, and it makes me feel pretty, draws more attention to certain attributes. So, I wear it. I usually wear more natural looking colors however, I don't like anything too shocking.

Basically, I like to primp, makes me feel good and it's fun. At least, for me.

 

some make-up is nice...but lots go overboard with the amount they put on or the time they invest into putting it on or both of those (amount + time)

you dont' need hours to put make-up, its not gonna impress me.

for me, if you put on make-up, just make it simple. dont' have to spend hours to make it look perfect...

 

Tinted moisturiser (I'm so damn pale during the winter), mascara and some colour on my eyebrows. Those are the only things I ever use. But I have no problem leaving the house with no makeup on. In the summer I hardly ever wear it anyway.

 

I prefer natural in practically every case... but a very light load of makeup doesn't do a girl any harm.

 

I either don't wear make up or I do wear makeup but no one can really tell I'm wearing makeup because often if you can tell.... you've missed the whole point.

Don't like it. False advertising. Though I am a sucker for mascara and eyeliner.

I like the natural look at home and when the mood is light, but if it's a dress up affair, then get all dolled up, but it's all coming off later...

 

i call bs on the false advertising thing... its like saying wearing clothes is false advertising

i usually wear makeup. usually jsut mascara and a little eyeshadow, sometimes eyliner. i don thave issues leavin the house without it (especially during stressful times of hte year) and i dont wear much around my bf as her prefers how people look without it (though i think i look better with at lesat mascara on, damn blond elashes)

 

I see your bs call and I counter with this comment:

Some girls look COMPLETELY different with make up on. (ie-porn stars)

Not so much false advertising I guess, but my point is that if you find a girl with no make up attractive then it is a bigger deal than dropping your jaw on a gal that is all made-up.

i wear it but only when i go out..i usually don't wear it around the house..
although if someone's coming over *hmm* that maybe i'll put some on...
usually i just have fun with it
i love playing up my eyes, i almost never never wear lip stick...chap stick all the way tho
it's fun messing around with it...

also in counter to dancer annies point my mom never let me wear make up or shave my legs or anything till i was older..i actually had to sneak shaving my legs in high school...it's possibly why i like wearing it..it wasn't allowed when i was younger...

At work I wear the whole spheel but when I'm not working I only wear eyeliner and tinted sunscreen in the summer. sometimes lipgloss, especially since I got this pepermint scented lipgloss.

 

Let me add that I used to be total make-up whore and people I did not know well did not recognize me without it.

 

I don't wear it hardly ever...except those rare occasions of a wedding or something I get fancied up for....then I like it...otherwise I feel like I am lying for some reason or rather I am trying to draw attention to myself and I don't like to do that for some reason....but if its drawn naturally, I do like that. Its complicated.

 

Yeah when I wear makeup people can't really tell I'm wearing it.

 

Black eyeliner and mascara, and brown eyeshadow. That's usually it, but sometimes I'll put on a little concealer to even out my skin tone on my nose. That's it, and if it takes me longer than 5 minutes to put on my make-up each morning, it's taking waaaay too long.

 

I like natural

my gf never puts it on. accept when she was acting and doing plays and all that jazz.

Natural is by and far better.
