classic Alice record...maybe their best...Lennon was a huge fan of this band...they were the attraction to see for a lot of people in Hollywood...& the High Society of that time but a Poor Roadtripper was welcome to those nightmares...

    i listen to

    Scorpions
    'He s a Woman She s a Man'
    -Taken By Force- lp 1978

This is their final album with their cult heavy 70s version of the band...

Their following albums will take a more Commercial Radio hard rock direction
Legend guitarist Roth has quit and another less talented arrived in 79...

The Trilogy of Scorpions of 75-78 is with no doubt their summit

oh violent femmes i dont know them very well but i ve heard one of their song...and this band as a little cult status in some parts of the underground indie rock scene...

The band are so good ...they reprezent all sides of 20th century american music...they are the memory of all kind of yankee music... I ve got the old video K7 of 'the last waltz' and its a precious document...Scorsese understood the music...In fact i dont remember the part with the staple singers...i ve got to show the video once more ...

    i listen to

    Jethro Tull
    'Cup of Wonder'
-Songs from the Wood- lp 1977

A return to form for Jethro Tull & a folk rock prog new trajectory ... one of their last classic album...
