saw them at reading like their live set and the occasional track, love grohl but generally think they're a little too MOR rock for me

frances the mute (the song not album) by the mars volta

 

the mars volta is a band i generally like, but i have to be in the mood for them. i love the voice and the background, its all very electric and intense.
