it's not my fave album by those dinosaurs but their some strange noize in it and it's definitly their most experimental . But it's quite good for a band tryin' to survive after the mental death of their lost initial leader.

I listen to a FM rock band ...

    Journey
    "Opened The Door"
    Infinity - LP 1978

This is one of their early album... the band is movin' progressivly into a mainstream sound... but it don't came directly... in fact this closin' track is an exemple of a good Journey with guitarist Neal Schon deliverin' a very impressive and heavy sound with his guitar ...this song with a few other in the album don't sound like it was 78 but like 75 .

I'm not a fan of Journey ...i just think that their early albums (70's) had some good songs... sadly with the years passing Journey will record more & more perfect plastic rock songs for teenagers.
