Never heard his music but have heard of him. He must get so wound up, "Oh yeah, I know Ryan Adams, the chap who did 'Run To You' right?"

It's alright for Bob... his mythic status is probably exagerated here in Switzerland... but i like his early records...

Sombody listen to France Gall ...a frech lady singer... 80 % of his songs are too commercial... well maybe in her 60' 70's decade there 2 or 3 good things...

    i listen to :

    Deep Purple
    "Comin' Home"
-Come Taste the Band- LP 1975

The last album of Deep Purple for 10 years... it include as new guitar player the mythic young yankee Mr Bolin...the man died of overdose at 25 in 1976 ...
Good Album ...had some interest Blackmore guitar is out...and the new soul hard soul funk sound of Bolin is really excitin' on a few tracks...

Well the Cure are alright ... Pornography is one of the most darkest album ever made... the early Cure is a sort of bone music... there's a thin sound ...the cure is probably the total opposite of Smile & Pet Sounds by the beach boys(rich wall of sound ...many sorts of instruments)
Boys don't cry is one of their best... but you can put the cure middle 80's joke 3 albums in the garbage... the rest is ok...

Well Blood Sweat ...i like them...but the song i don't know from which album it came... if it's early blood sweat so i bring the bloody flag with you...

    I listen to :

    Grateful Dead
"Help on the Way / Slipknot "
    -Blues for Allah- LP 1975

It's the 1st track of the album and one of the best... I don't run after their records but this one seems to be one of my fave grateful dead studio album...

sorry but i don't know them... by name only...

Cirus sea... i bought just yesterday "the Who by numbers" ...it was nearly impossible for years to have it here in Geneva... and the single Slip Kid is alright...

    i listen to

    Ram Jam
    "Black Betty"
    -Ram Jam-LP 1977

Everybody knows this song... but not a lot of people know the band - they recorded 2 album in 77 & 78 ... clearly when the last hairy 70's rock'n roll was doin' their ultimate prier ... and for people interested i invite them to discover their 2nd album...their best & most heavy...
