as bad as it sounds getting a job can lead to a lot of freedom. Your parents will think you're more mature and they certainly can't control you at work. Plus if you look hard you can get a pretty swell job. I have a job at a farm with a lot of kids my age. I am outside, doing something I enjoy, with cool people. Plus there's no better cover for going out on the town then saying you have work.
