mail order marijuana

Its not as difficult as some of you guys think.Ive been doing this for about 2 years and if you keep it under wraps and deal with the right ppl,its hard to mess up a good thing.

 

Hmm. I've been reading through this thread because I am researching alot about this. Currently I run a site, and I deliver cannabis worldwide. I am wondering however, if I can get caught when shipping to the USA.

I live in the Netherlands, and seal the marijuana in special sealbags that are closed with an hot iron. The bags are airtight and 100% scentless. Also, I do not ship more then 5 grams in an enveloppe so that the enveloppes don't get suspicious.

Is there any chance that USA cops would even bother to try arresting someone from a foreign country?

I don't know about your laws over there, but over here ... it's illegal too. We have a bit weird law, it's not legal .. yet coffeeshops that sell marijuana and such are allowed and cops don't bother about smoking joints and possession.

I know that inside the EU customs will not check mails, atleast when they do not attract attention.

Is there anyone that has some information about this subject? And then I am not talking about USA cases, but foreign cases.

My site does not show up on google. I already had succesfull transfers to Italy.

Ehh. No. I am just talking about legal issues. But I have been reading the USA doesn't have jurisdiction in the Netherlands? That would be great. I have some USA friends that want to buy from me.

If anyone has some information about this subject I would be glad to hear it.

Edit: The last thing I want is that I somehow get arrested over here, and shipped to the USA.

dude you are wrong. selling anything as an illegal drug is illegal. even if it is oregano as weed, and blank piece of paper as acid, or baking soda as coke.

 

even if it is a prank or even if you dont have possesion when they bust you, making a deal to sell illegal substances can get you a fine or jail time. they can charge you for conspiracy and intent to sell. and all their proof is already printed out and sitting on the judges desk. along with whatever else they find in your house.

 

Never trust the postal service either.

 

Mail order marijuana sounds pretty safe from what I hear, if the government takes your package they have no way of knowing if you ordered it or if some random person just sent it to you.

 

When posting, never use packages. There is more control on packages then on simple enveloppes. Seal the dope airtight and hide it somehow. Disadvantage is that you cannot send big ammounts at a time however ... quite reliable. No one is going to rip open an enveloppe without reason?


I have friends who actually sent other stuff through mail. Like amphetamines, coke, XTC crap like that. Never got caught.

I'm pretty convinced that this should work fine in the USA, enveloppes come in big airplanecontainers. When it's airtight .. no drughound that would smell it. And when it doesn't attract attentention why would they anyway. The mail comes in bulk and is machine sorted ... the only person ever touching your enveloppe will probably be the mailman?

I bet the customs can't stop that.
