I always wonder about your own address and search warrants.

Like would it be easy to get a search warrant for the same address on the seized package?

Seems like a P.O. box would be safer.

Are they listed on the Internet probably not.
Are South American heroin mules who get busted listed on the Internet probably not but they still get busted.

The Internet is not the whole world when people go to prison they don’t make a website about it they usually just go to prison.

I did read about a guy in Denevr Colorado getting arrested for reciving GHB in the mail just the other week.
A guy got charged felonies the other month in Ohio or somewhere for salvia he ordered for ebay, Seriously felonies for and ounce of Salvia.

Ignorance is not a good legal defense.

 

ordering reseach chemicals is not illegal.. consumption is. salvia is prob illegal in ohio, there's a difference.

 

Tell it to the judge. And better hope your house is clean when the cops show up with the package and probable cause (or an easily obtained warrant) to search. Not to mention $2,000-$10,000 in legal fees. Just because you might get off doesn't mean you shouldn't weigh the risk. That's all I'm saying.

 

first hand account of being caught w/ 4-ho-mipt and bud. lab tests came back and the charges for 4-ho-mipt were dropped completely but still had court for bud. so i dont think they wanna waste time prosecuting for a technically legal substance.

thats exactly the way i feel they would treat any case of a quasi-legal RC possession. why would they waste the time, money, and manpower on one tripping fool who likes to take chemicals to soar to space

now if you ordered 15 grams of DMT it might be a little different

 

Being caught with drugs and having them mailed to you, are two different things. I have a friend who just got popped receiving an ounce of nugget in the mail. He was charged with 5 felonies.

I'm not saying that you'd be screwed for sure. But you could be...

 

exactly it all comes down to the cops that get you and how bad they really wanna get you maybe that is what happens with all rc cases but maybe you got lucky and everyone else got screwed they only sure thing is that it cant ever hurt to take an extra precaution.

Domestic. It was the finest herb on earth apparently. It was in a peanut butter jar with the lid glued back shut. No word on exactly how they caught him. People are speculating that the package was flagged as it was mailed.

If he hadn't used USPS then it wouldn't have been more than 2 felonies. The DEA was a bit harsh on dude, IMO.

 

Christ, I'm getting paranoid now. I've been trying to hook up molly online through an international supplier, but now I'm thinking I should stick to getting an RC. I'm guessing finding a domestic supply would be safer, but they seem to be hard to come by.

 

It's not worth becoming a convicted felon, IMHO.
