Why do they no longer make made-for-television movies on mental illness anymore? I clearly recall, the last ones they did were in 1994--21 years ago now. There literally is a whole generation of people who have never seen one of these informative info-dramas.

In case you are too young, or don't remember the films I am talking about, there was Out of Darkness, a 1994 made-for-television film starring Diana Ross. Here is the Wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Out_of_Darkness And I also remember 1994 For the Love of Aaron made-for-tv film starring Meredith Baxter. Here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0109821/ This last one is interesting, because it also deals with the mental health system of Canada--something we rarely hear about here in the USA.

And by all means go out and rent or download these movies. You will find them entertaining--and informative.

I do find those interesting and informative. It shows something that we never knew about and informs us what it's all about.
