Thanks for the instructions, I want to try it with some san pedro I got.

Is everything still the same with san pedro?

And is the mescaline really concentrated in the green skin? Even with the san pedro?
I thought the skin didn't contain much and it was the white portion between the core and skin the that contained the most? Or am I completely wrong on that?

Can I potentially get more of my moneys worth from the cactus by including the whole cactus, core and all? Do you by any chance know how much more mescaline that'd produce? Would it even be worth the trouble?

 

tea or fresh juicing puts you in closer contact with the spirit of the cactus i believe.

I was wondering, could KOH be substituted for the NaOH? And could ascorbic acid be used instead of citric acid? Their Ph's are almost the same... would this work?

i need some advice. i finished the tek, the water took forever to evaporate.

the residue is really brown and nasty, there are a couple dead bugs i had to pick out of it.

half of it is hard and the other half is gooey, is the gooey half safe?

could i scrape the crystal out and then put it back into some more citric water and redo the last step? will that clean it? or is there something else i can do to clean it?
