Ok heres a little update. I thinking that next friday is going to be the day I make he switch to 12/12. The sourdieselxogkush's don't like to show sex in veg I guess, I hope theyre both female...in these pictures they are the two in the front. One has fatter leaves, Im guessing that one leans to the kush, and the other (on the right) has longer thinner deep green glossy leaves, which Im guessing leans to the sour diesel.

Thanks man. I'm doing my best but could be doing much better, those pH problems I had a few weeks back stunted the growth a wee bit. Everythings fine now but I could be flowering now I think maybe if I didn't mess up there. Oh well there's next time, right?

I'm getting sick of flowering with the 400, I'm seriously thinking of getting a 1000w for flower but I just can't afford it right now plus it wouldn't be the best where I'm living My problem seems to be that I smoke too much herb and need to grow more,a damn quagmire this is.

Also I think one of the sdogs is a male, but the preflowers are waaaay tiny now. I don't think I'm going to know for sure til I male the switch. The two other tahoe blues are now confirmed ladies Ugh, waiting... :toetap:

 

ye man they are looking proper nice, look real healthy....how long have they been growing now? i think i started mine on 12/12 when they were a little smaller than yours,i left it for 30 days from germination.they have been flowering for 4 weeks already,how the time flies lol. they are about 3 foot tall i'd say,but they look like they are slowing down the stretch thank god!!!!planty of tieing down going on in my grow trying to keep em at the same level.

Thanks spooons, I hear what you're saying about time, it seels like yesterday these things were tiny and just poking out of the soil.

I've been thinking about it and I think I'm going to start 12/12 tonite. A couple days isn't going to make that big of a difference anyway, plus this way I can smoke a little of my harvest on New Years. It won't be cured, but I'll be too drunk to care anyway... :joker:

Yeah spooons I'm in the same boat as Maniac, this forum is pretty dead so I just stopped updating. Both SDOGs were male, so I'm only flowering out 2 tahoe blues. One is very sativa, must lean to the c99 in the mix. The other has stayed very short and squat. I'll update in a few days or so, I'm very busy with school right now.

Well I'm pretty happy right now, I ordered some seeds from seedbay, and theyve shipped. I've gotten Alpha Diesel from resevoir seeds and High End from legends seeds. The Alpha Diesel is rez's Sour Diesel IBL male x Sour Diesel Clone, I'm gonna pop the entire pack and I'm sure I'll get a nice sour diesel mom out of that one. The High End is a sativa blueberry male x "Rene". I guess rene is big in BC and is supposed to make some of the best bubble hash around. I'm not sure if I'm going to run both at the same time, they grow very different. Hope they make it over the pond alright...

Here's the long overdue update. I'm at just over 3 weeks flower right now. I like this time, the buds are just beginning to form and just starting to pack on some weight. It's hard to see the buds on the shorter pheno, but trust me theyre there, it's just a leafy plant. Another two weeks and I'll have some *real* bud shots for you guys.


My two Tahoe Blue's are very different, the first being very indica. This plant was the mutated one, and it definately is a blueberry pheno. Smells earthy and berry-like right now, not too sweet though.


The second tahoe blue leans towards the C99 in the mix, the leaves are very sativa, and the buds are more airy and bigger than the other plant. It's hard to get a good picture of it, but there is already lots of resin coating the buds. The smell is like berries, but very very sweet, and alot stronger than the other plant.



I'm not trimming the bottom of either plant, I'm not sure if either is a keeper yet, but if either turns out to be worthy then I'll be re-vegging them and running the clones again. I like how they both grow, they can take a good amount of food and are easy to please. The smoke is the true test though...

really like the look of the one on the left dude,doesnt look like it got too much stretch during first stages of flower,they are looking real nice mate with a shed load of trichs showing already.

Thanks bro, you're right that one didn't stretch much at all. They get fatter by the day.

 

I finally got my order from seedbay, I got 2 packs of freebies, "Missisippi Mud" (a g13 cross) and Sam the Skunkman's "Old School Thai Haze x Skunk #1".

 

Here's an update, they get the chop in a little under 2 weeks. I started flushing today (they were watered today, that's why theyre so droopy) Right now these two are rank, the big one reeks like berry/citrus and looks to be a great yielder; the little one like berries and something else I can't describe, and like a typical blueberry its not the biggest yielder. The buds on the short one are also turning purpleish, hard to capture in pics. Also when I uploaded these pics to icmag they decided to rotate to the left, so sorry about them being sideways :& . It sucks so bad about me only getting 2 girls...coulda handled 2 more bushes easily. Thank god I LSTd them though.

I took a test drive with some quick dried nugs from each plant, wierdly enough when they dried the smaller pheno turned waaay purple and the c99 pheno had some blue highlights. Suprised the hell outta me and looked damn cool. The shorter pheno was alright, more of a body buzz, kind of euphoric and lazy, nice. The C99 pheno is a damn bell-ringer,I can tell that Im gonna love this shit. Way trippy smoke, it's the first time I've had perma-grin from weed in a long time. LOL it reminded me of some weak acid. They both tasted pretty damn good for being a week early and straight off the plant. :drool:

 

yeah man things are all good here, i too just took a test drive with about 1 week left on the satori and it surprised the hell outta me. Can't really judge the taste or appearance cause it was just quick dried but man, this is some potent shit!! It leans towards the indica side of things so it is a pretty big body high but not so much that you don't want to get up and do anything. Should be damn nice once its dried and cured.

I've always wanted to try some C99 and from your description that sounds excellent, especially with a week to go and no cure! Congrats bro!

Oh yeah, i never did get my account to work over at icmag and my camera broke so i just kind of gave up doing a journal. Who knows, in time i might do another journal over here but it seems like everytime i do a journal things go south lol. Anyways keep up the good work, can't wait to see them all chopped up and dried!

 

Yeah I remember some people over there having problems registering a few weeks back, try again if you want I think they have it worked out now. Something to do with them switching servers because of all the pics people have saved or something, IDK really.

I've been looking around at the satori, the stuff looks bomb as all hell. Im glad you like the smoke, well have to do some smoke reports when weve cured our herbs for a while.
