I was wondering about what your specualtions are about the case... Did he do it??? Oh... he smokes "cannabis" and listens to Maralyn Manson he must be a killer then.
I was just reading that a moment ago and wondering the very same thing. I kept reading and reading, waiting for the evidence against him, but there didn't seem to be any. It seems like he was convicted of..... uhhhh..... being a teenager! Unless there's evidence that's been omitted from the news report, you have to wonder whatever happened to 'innocent until proven guilty'.
There must be more evidence... surely!!!!!!!!! The more I read the more I think its possible that he did it. It will never be known for sure though unless he admitts it!
if thats all the evidence they have then it will be a serious worry if he gets convicted. he sounds like loads of other teenagers. they cant all be murders. and if smoking pot and liking alternative music is enough to count as evidence then we are all in trouble. peace and love stardust xxx
surely if they can't prove he was there and actually committed the murder then he can't be accused of it? He seems like a bit of a oddball but that doesnt make someone a murderer. They must have had more evidence surely, DNA or something, it wasn't exactly a clever and thought out murder, there would have been alot of loose ends left.
My gut reaction says he probably did do it, though I don't think his choice of music or drug habits alone can or should be used as evidence against him. He was psychologically disturbed in many ways though, eg. storing his piss in bottles in his room. If there is any conclusive evidence that can be drawn from this, is that Goths are weird, and really, really need to cheer up....
There was DNA evidence against him, but it can't be conclusive because he was her boyfriend, and they would have been sharing a great deal of bodily fluids as it was....
