about 3 months ago, i got into the whole lucid dreaming thing. first night, i had one. i was in a car, in my home neighbourhood (as a passenger), and looked down at my hands. they were visibly abnormal (long skinny finger, possibly only 4 of them), and i realized "wow...this is actually a dream. im in my dream" i spent some time repeating this to myself, before the driver began telling me some story about the area we were driving to/through. the story wrecked my concentration, and i resumed normal dreaming (but remembered almost all the details next morning). since then, im pretty sure ive been able to recall more of what takes place in my dreams, but havent achieved lucidity again. (granted, i only did the 4am wake-up 5 more times)
I was half serious. It has vitamin B6, although probably not as rich as other food or drinks, but it would keep most people awake including me.
i've slept on adderal (prescription for school, used responsibly, but i took it at the wrong time not knowing the effects), and i've slept on red bull... but i am a VERY heavy sleeper, once i fall asleep, i'm not getting up until the morning. i didn't notice anythign with the red bull, ( i never have awake either) but the adderal made my dream noticably more vivid.
