There is a major differance in being honest and trying to help someone, and boasting to that persons face about how great you are.

some here may sound superior...but i doubt its because they feel superior. i believe its those that feel INFERIOR that project that "better than thou" label on the other so as not to look at their own failings.

peter popper and 3xi made statements about their truth & belief that others found offensive (likely because they are dealing with that reality rather half-heartedly so its just easier to call popper or 3xi the ass hole)

the reality popper & 3xi never claimed to know it all or to be perfect...its everyone else that put that on them.

you quoted jesus...he claimed to be the son of god...but he also said that everyone was like him & could do MORE....but people forgot the last half of his statement & held him to the first--either to praise him or condemn him for it.

3xi & popper have figured a few things out along the way & share that...but neither have claimed perfection. both are still learning & growing & admittedly so....so why the hate on? i don't get it.

 

Um, when I think back to this thread, so far you, 3xi, and Popper are the ones who are tossing names like 'asshole' around. Also, blind idiot and homo are another 2 goodn's that come to mind.

and i dont mind when i am judged. that is the point jesus was making. that he will judge people himself because he knows that they dont really have much to judge him wrong with. he is prepared to be judged himself.

Point being, people are quick to point out flaws in anothers life before they can look upon themselves and search for that same flaw. I said one should not judge another, am i wrong for saying this?
