LSD at Bonnaroo: The Mother of All Hallucinogens

Not to mention, if it is true that there are only a half-dozen or so LSD chemists, there is a really good chance we got it from the same chemist. People may criticize the quality nowadays, but for me those 5 hits were ultra-strong, especially since I tripped for longer than the expected 8-12 hours.

 

Yea 8-12 hours is just the estimate people give for like a hit or two of alright blotter. Long ago, those 5 hits would have probably been one hit though, and after you've tasted L a few more times you might wish they didn't make the hits so weak... but who knows you like 1-2 hits now, maybe that'll stay your preference.

 

I don't understand why you think I'm trying to be cool... but anyway all I was saying is that there is a good chance that it wasn't the same acid. White blotter is very popular. I'm sure many different chemists use white blotter. It's obvious to me that the white blotter I got was not the same as you. I wasn't trying to start a fight or to "tear apart something you said"

Well, probably so, all my connections just sell pot - I've kinda have always steered towards that after coke and meth destroyed my ex's and my deceased brother's lifes. But A is one chemical I would gladly run into - I try to keep my eyes and ears open at the fests, but I imagine my age works against me there, too.

 

Although you're right that if the blotter you got was weak, it wasn't the same, most white blotter right now is good.. Your theory of many chemists using white blotter would be plausible, but there are probably 5 or so chemists in the world mass producing L right now for various reasons. Was it perforated or unperforated?

What was the last fest you went to? I'm willing to bet at the next one you go to you will find some...

 

I surely hope so. This summer I've been to the Seattle Folklife Festival and then the Oracle Gathering (I got some weak mushie brownies there). I am going to the Seattle's Burning Man weekend after this upcoming one. And then after that, Da Stomp in Da Woods. Wish me luck!

 

chemists usually dont lay sheets. im sure there is white blotter around from various sources...if i were working with crystal id lay white sheets as well, it would attract less suspision.

I had very good blotter at bonnaroo this year, it only took 1 hit to get good patterns. We saw unperforated white on white, which was quite strong. The perforated white on white was sold dirt cheap all over the place. It is very dank and visual. You guys may also be suprised to hear that there was some very dank looking liquid being sold this year.. amber.

 

I am curious as to how many hits you usually get with liquid, and the price. It would seem to me that liquid would hold more hits, and thus for each hit the price would drop significantly.

 

The liquid I saw at bonnaroo was going for $75 for every 10 hits. The kids were just dropping it on anything you could find, but, I wouldn't have that.. So I found me a sweet breath bottle


Basically, they dilute the crystal to make liquid acid at a potency where 1 drop appox. equals 1 hit. Usually, liquid is stronger, and a much better trip. That is only my personal experience though.

 

Hate to burst your bubble but amber is relatively low grade lsd... 75 for ten hits is out of control... FFS for amber liquid? Should have been ~40 bucks for ten hits considering hundreds of people were pushing the strong white on white, and I even got some martians there too...

Scoring squid sketches me, I'm always worried it's just gonna be a research chem nowadays.. Did you dose any of it? Or only those white hits?

 

i got white on white perforated at wakarusa and it was the weirdest "trip" i've ever had. my legs felt like rubber and i could hardly move; this was weird considering every time i've tripped on acid, i've been energetic and excited about everything. this trip was waaaay mellow and weird. i only took one hit, so perhaps it wasn't enough. anyone know what could have happened?

 

Yea, you had a light trip. You've never had tactile disturbances while tripping? Let me tell you that if you trip hard enough, you start getting disturbances/hallucinations on all of your senses, then they start crossing over and you can't tell a touch from a color sound or smell lol...

 

Hey, I am hearing of some cid from roo going around and there are two kinds available, white blotter, and multi-colored blotter. I hear the colored one is heavy paper and takes long to dissolve and seems to be more strong and uncomfortable feeling, while the white is tasteless and seems to be more confortable of a time. Curious as to if anyone knows which would be the better by and how many one should take for a first timer. From the sounds of the forums, white is the way to go.

 

yeah i had that white but it was weird. i'd suggest taking more than one hit. i knew some kids that took like 3-4 hits and tripped their faces off. i wish i would have done the same thing...
2cesar, yes i have before but not this last time. i've hallucinated pretty hardcore on two hits of blotter..

 

There were more than two kinds of doses at the roo, but I don't remember seeing any of them on thick paper.. that would make me weary due to the possibility of research chems. I'd say the best you could take is the mars attacks if you can get it, which *seemed* stronger than the good white on whites (it could have been a few things that made me trip harder, like randolph wailing on the lap steel), but I really can't give a definitive conclusion til I dose out on both of them a few more times, and there's no way I'm gonna score the mars attacks here. :-( There were also dragons, some other weird print, and non-perforated white on white... maybe others that I didn't catch.

If your friend has the perforated white on whites, I recommend those. It's tough to recommend a dose for a first timer. I don't think I'd like to actually, it really depends on you as a person, and how much experience you have, ie. have you done any research chems or maybe boomers?

I only take one hit for either a test of potency, or when it's all I can get. They just don't make it strong enough in my opinion... while others like it in small doses.

Well I finally tried the white, took one for the first time. It seemed very mellow at first and i got kinda bored so i smoked a lot and then things got really trippy. I had fun most of the time and was astounded by how much your surroundings affect you mood on this drug, the movie fight club made me very uneasy and I felt like i wanted to scream. I am still suprised that so many people bought into this drug in the 60's as it seems like it has a somewhat dark side to it. The visual distortion I got from one though def makes me want to do 2 however haha. Def the most potent of all hallucinagens.

I was alos wondering how long you can store acid and what is the best method... I have heard it only lasts around a month. Thanks
