Hello all. I will be beginning a simple lsa extraction tomorrow and just have a few questions. The tek I will be using will yield a white powder after the ethanol has evapperated and it says that the best way to store this is in a mixture of 1ml per 50 Hawaiian baby woodrose seeds. The liquid would consist of 4ml of ethanol and 1ml of peppermint oil per 5ml. According to the tek the potency of this tincture is around 1 mg per ml which would mean that the dose would be around .1 ml for a dose of equivalent to 5 seeds. I was wondering if it would be reasonable to lay on blotter if kept in a jar in a cool and dark place. I was wondering if the lsa would degrade within the first month or 2? And if so, would it be a noticeable amount? Please note that I am not trying to pass lsa blotters off as LSD. I am simply trying to get an easier way to give to my friends who want to experience an lsa extract. I have searched this a lot online and there seem to be slot of conflicting views so I was wondering if anyone has any info on doing this. Thank you all!!:2thumbsup: Just to be safe I will paste the exact tek here, i am new and if I'm doing anything incorrectly any help would be greatly appropriated! 1. Powder your seeds in a coffee grinder. 2. soak seed powder with vodka or everclear in a jar filled an inch or two above the seed powder for 2 weeks. 3. Shake everyday. 4. filter through a reusable coffee filter. 5. gather alcohol/extract into a tincture bottle. 6. Do the math. If you have 200 seeds then 4 seeds (comparable to 1 hit of LSD) into 200 seeds equals 50. that is the number of hits or doses you procured from your extraction. divide the number of hits into the number of milliliters of alcohol. lets say you have 100ml of alcohol/extract from 200 seeds (50 hits LSA). If 1ml equals 10 standard drops. 100ml alcohol/extract x 10 drops = 1000 drops of alcohol/extract divided by 50 hits of LSA = 20 drops or 2ml of alcohol/extract per 1 dose of LSA. Add 6 drops of peppermint oil to your tincture to make tincture of LSH. Shake before using. LSA POWDER RECIPE 7. pour your alcohol/extract onto a small glass baking dish. Place in a cool dark place where your extraction can fully evaporate. 8. Use a fresh razorblade to scrape residue. If still wet, moist or sticky allow your gathered pile of LSA to dry until you can crush it into a powder. 9. 50 hits of LSA should yield 50mg of extract. Maybe more due to possible seed powder contamination. 1mg LSA is comparable to 100mcg of LSD. 10. If you have 50mg of LSA extract. Using the LSH conversion theory with our table of measurments. You want to procure a similar replica of LSD. Vials of liquid produce 1 hit per drop. 1 drop is .1ml. 50 drops is 5ml of liquid. so you would mix the 50mg of LSA extract into 4ml of vodka and 1ml of peppermint oil. This will give you dropable LSH. Which is theorized to be more comparable to LSD then LSA. You could use 5ml of alcohol and have dropable LSA. *Please shake vials before use. To shake up the alkaloids for even distribution.
Sounds interesting, I'd recommend starting out with the minimum amount for your time intitially to make sure it's successful. It seems like going through a lot of effort to put on blotter but if it does refine the experience, then I definitely think it may be worth it to at least do an extraction. Keep us updated on how it goes.
Thanks for the feedback and I sure will. Do u have any idea on how lsa crystals would do in a cool and dark place? In a jar? I'm assuming it would be virtually the same with preserving blotter and I was just wondering if u think it would still retain the majority of its potency after a month or 2? If you have no experiances with it I'm sorry for asking I just want to see if anyone has any input on this
Nothing guys? Only about 5 days left until I start to dry the everclear/lsa mixture and need to know if it's worth my time to buy blotters. If anyone has any other info on good ways to use lsa powder please let me know. Thanks everyone!
I've tried this method before and I must say I lost a decent amount of potency. I find the LSA in the seeds starts degrading rapidly once the insides are exposed. It worked very mildly, and I'd say if you're going to do it don't let it sit around for long (even in the fridge). Best of luck to you!
