:p Well, ya that too! MDMA can serve as a helpful tool if you are struggling with this, but it's definitely not the answer.

Haha many people would be interested.

So far it looks like mdma is a clear winner. If I get my hands on some, I can try half or a quarter pill and see what happens. I'm not in this to get high really, I'm in it just to lower my inhibitions and become somewhat social.

Wow, MDMA does not lower my inhibitions at all. In fact, it makes me shy, introverted and insecure. Although I'm not surprised others have suggested it. I wonder why it works exactly the opposite of how it's supposed to for me...

Now that I think of it, caffeine in the right dosage, lowers my inhibitions to a degree. Moreso in the the sense that I'm generally nicer/outgoing and more willing to dish out compliments just because it puts me in a good mood and I want to pass it around. Caffeine definitely won't cause me to wake up in an unfamiliar bed or city next to someone whose name I don't know...

I have always been a very quiet introverted person. I find it very hard to talk to people or to express my emotions. MDMA has always helped to remove the wall that has set me apart from everyone else.

i have a friend thats bipolar and has suffered from depression for years. mdma has the opposite effect on her too and we theorize that its because her seratonin and dopamine levels are already so off-kilter.

Low dose MDMA makes you feel worse, 1/4 or 1/2 pill won't help.

Becoming less inhibited really comes with practice. You just have to let go, acknowledge the fear that makes you feel uncomfortable, and face it so it can pass on. I'm getting better at it everyday, I'm a different person socially then a year ago, and none of this is due to MDMA. I just recently got to try it again and it definitely reaffirmed the path I was on, but like I said, it is not the reason I'm getting better at social situations. Also, it truly helped my friend with his social anxiety, he has been much improved since the experience and neither of us have used it since. So it can be a tool, but it's not the answer at all. It's just a beautiful experience, and practice for opening yourself up. 200mgs of molly is where it's at.

I hate getting stoned, so to me that's not addictive at all.

neuroptican, that's how I want to use it, just in the beginning, when I reach a certain comfort level I will drop it.

p0ly, mentally addictive as in you crave it?

    I wish. I could make a million overnight :D

Oddly a low to medium dose of LSD will completely lower my internal censor, while increasing my smart-ass wit.
You would not believe some of things I have said to people when high on acid, especially when it comes to the opposite sex and being horny in a way that only psychedelics can produce. :p.
Weird thing is when I was younger it worked more often than not.
Ahh the memories of young poontang.

Didn't the guy who created lsd say the same thing about it at low doses?

Man they need to legalize all this shit so I don't have to waste time looking. It's friday already.

mcr you are sweatin' the addictive thing here. mdma is not addictive, it's just really good. you're gonna crave it the same way you crave good sex. it'll treat you right, but you're not gonna sell your house and suck dick on the street to support your mdma habit lol. you can't even abuse mdma like that, it has a few built in mechanisms that make it impossible to abuse regularly.

Alcohol, kava, MDMA, and sometimes weed does it for me. Cocaine too but not really recommended.

OK good to know it's not that addictive. I just want it as a weekend thing, and just for a short period.

sunshine, you mention kava, which is sold legally no? How much potential does it have? Do you recommend it in this situation?

and dont take just half a pill, you wont feel much, and especially dont take a 1/4. just take a whole pill, and let yourself go. dont let your inhibitions limit yourself from letting go of your inhibitions :D

and like poly said, it can be addicting psychologically, but not physically. the habitual formation can be compared to chocolate, its a treat you like and can control, but overuse it and you're gonna get messed up.

I'v found recently I'm quite disgusted with myself having to use chemicals to lower my inhibitions to have a good time. Though it helps and all that there's no point searching for a holy grail cause in the long run you're only setting yourself up for dependence.
And yeah whoever suggested crystal meth, yeah sure.. kidding.
