Actually, I've been in Baton Rouge for almost 2 years now. I moved here from Clearwater Florida.I don't spend much time on land because of my job. So it seems like I just moved here because I haven't had much time to experience Louisiana so far. Are you local?
ok cool, so I have been looking up info on music festivals in Louisiana and haven't been able to come up with much except voodoo fest which I will be offshore for. Do you know of any festivals in the area that aren't publicized and are friendly to new comers?
Well, there is Buku every year but you missed it this year. Both Ya pretty much have to get your tix for both Buku and Voodoo as soon as they are released or you'll be shit out of luck or pay an arm and a leg. If you are into EDM there are always shows going on, big and small. In fact there is a pretty awesome warehouse rave coming up soon. What kind of music are you into?
I listen to a lot of classic rock, my Pandora stays mostly on Tom petty or Floyd radio. I can get into almost any genre of music except for most of the new rap that has been coming out over the last 5 years or so. I like edm but enjoy it more when in the right state of mind and in the right setting. I've never been to a rave, only gatherings with djs. I would love to experience that though!
during the winter time this year I will definitely have to check out a rave! I'm pretty sure I will enjoy myself
Hoping everyone in LA stays safe during this hurricane these hurricanes are becoming alarmingly too frequent the Gulf is rough today
LA is such an interesting state I enjoy visiting New Orleans and going to the Jazz Clubs and eating at the Cajun inspired places
