Why do you think Ron Paul doesn't have a chance in hell of ever securing the Republican nomination, much less the presidency? This is going to happen ("this" being a broad range of events that will occur simply because money exchanges hands) and it really does not matter who the president is. I stand by that premise.

You mentioned Bush - I spent 8 years of my life thinking it was all Bush's fault. I was ON the Obama bandwagon. I climbed on it with bells on. Within two years it finally dawned on me - this is the same as it ever was.

And it will be the same with the next president.

Its political suicide to speak out against Israel. Jimmy Carter did it...what...30 YEARS after he was president, and it caused quite a stir even then. If anyone with serious presidential ambitions ever spoke out against Israel and made serious moves to stop backing Israel he/she would completely destroy his career.

Israel has a strong military but they're still a small nation in a sea of Islamic nations that want them destroyed. I don't see Israel and America severing their ties anytime soon.

Malai, it's election year, HF is polluted with Obama fan boys. If I want to express my disapproval for him and his policies, I'm entitled to do so.
