    im trying to find some alternative earth based hippies grandparent names ... Hit with any suggestions

    i was a little confused at first... like, your grandparents already have names.

    but i assume you mean like grandma, or meemaw, or whatever.

    unfortunately, i don't have any suggestions. i had a mamaw and papaw on the hillbilly side of the family, and a baba and deda on the eastern european side. none of those seem particularly alternative, earth based, or hippie.

    don't curse the kids by making them call you some weird hippie name....that would be embarrassing to them that all the grammas are gramma except theirs
