    If you live or plan to live in the Denver area anytime soon (2013-2014) I have a place for rent for anyone who may be of interest.

    Particularly looking for someone in their 20s. I can get into more details through PM or email. But the place is ~800 square feet, and renter would have a private bedroom. $750 a month (includes all utilities and internet)

    That sounds high for Denver. I'm seeing 500-600.

    And my apartment was less, in Englewood, on RTD light rail.

    Yeah. And? Is it a hot neighborhood? Fantastic views?
    That's a Boulder price.

    Is it a shared house or room for rent? Pets?
    What makes it worth $750?
    Are you taking a percentage of the cost?
