Looking for a new workout

    I don't know how many suggestions I'll get here. People don't seem to post in this subforum that much.

    Anyway, just finished Insanity and I'm looking for more of a martial arts-type workout. I did a bunch of searches for workout videos but couldn't seem to find anything good. Any suggestions? Also, one that doesn't require equipment would be nice.:2thumbsup:

    I have the "bombshell workout" from Train Dirty Fitness that i like to do when I can't get to the gym :). There's like 5 different ones. I'll type it all out for ya in just a few.

    You might see what is on you tube , if you have not allreaddy . Martial arts are not really my thing , so I dont know much about it . You might check out kundalini yoga http://www.kundaliniyoga.org/contents.html . Randon thoughts is a much more popular sec. of this forum .

    Ok, I guess it's Bombshell Bootcamp lol. You don't have to use equipment, but for the shoulder press and stuff like that, it'd probably be better to have at least a medicine ball or something.

    Warm up: 5 min power walk
    Power: repeat the following circuit twice (no breaks in between sets)
    1 min push up
    1 min jump rope
    1 min crunch
    1 min high knees
    1 min mountain climbers
    1 min push up
    1 min jump rope
    1 min squats (go low!)
    1 min high knees
    1 min plie squats
    1 min vertical jumps
    1 min jump rope
    -Cardio: power walk 3 min, jog 1 min for 30 minutes
    Cool down: stretches

    Power: repeat circuit twice
    1 min shoulder press
    1 min suicide drills
    1 min plank (on toes if you can)
    1 min suicide drills
    1 min pec fly
    1 min suicide drills
    1 min walking lunges
    1 min suicide drills
    1 min bicycle crunches (i hate these!)
    1 min suicide drills
    1 min clean-squat-press
    1 min suicide drills
    1 min arnold press
    1 min suicide drills
    Cardio: walk 3 min, jog 1 min for 30 minutes
    Cool down: Stretches

    1 min burpees (ew!)

    1 min bulgarian lunge

    Cardio: power walk 3 min, jog 1 min for 30 min

    They're not really martial arts, but they are good for no equipment. Have you tried tae bo? Billy Banks is cheesy as hell, but his vids are great!

    I posted in the other thread about him. I feel like I didn't learn all that much besides punching and kicking. And I got bored of the videos pretty quick after doing all of them over and over.
