I don't know how many suggestions I'll get here. People don't seem to post in this subforum that much.

Anyway, just finished Insanity and I'm looking for more of a martial arts-type workout. I did a bunch of searches for workout videos but couldn't seem to find anything good. Any suggestions? Also, one that doesn't require equipment would be nice.:2thumbsup:

I have the "bombshell workout" from Train Dirty Fitness that i like to do when I can't get to the gym :). There's like 5 different ones. I'll type it all out for ya in just a few.

You might see what is on you tube , if you have not allreaddy . Martial arts are not really my thing , so I dont know much about it . You might check out kundalini yoga http://www.kundaliniyoga.org/contents.html . Randon thoughts is a much more popular sec. of this forum .

Ok, I guess it's Bombshell Bootcamp lol. You don't have to use equipment, but for the shoulder press and stuff like that, it'd probably be better to have at least a medicine ball or something.

They're not really martial arts, but they are good for no equipment. Have you tried tae bo? Billy Banks is cheesy as hell, but his vids are great!

I posted in the other thread about him. I feel like I didn't learn all that much besides punching and kicking. And I got bored of the videos pretty quick after doing all of them over and over.
