London Tower Block Fire Tragedy

6 dead so far. Could of been many more.

 

Yet another tragedy. From the pictures it looks like the fire had spread to the entire building and it's surprising more people didn't loose their lives.

Sympathy to the victims and their families.

Terrible tragedy. Makes good doom porn though. People have a morbid fascination with this kind of thing. In its horror it is simultaneously tragic, terrifying, awesome and sublime.

Being burnt alive is categorically one of the worst ways to die, a pain so severe it is impossible to comprehend.

It's like watching a real life disaster movie.

Just trying to say question your perception and reaction to such calamities. I can feel sympathy and sorrow for the victims, but I won't suffer for them. It doesn't help me to live.

I'm feeling some anger over this, and I think many others are too.

I can't imagine even how others who live in similarly 're-furbished' tower blocks must be feeling.

 

Don't Think The UK Is Alone......Many Tower Blocks Here In OZ Have The Same Cladding

Why do you have to turn everything Political ? Cant you just feel sorry for those people FFS

 

From what I understand, in a fire people usually pass out from the carbon monoxide before they are actually burned alive. So, hey, look on the bright side.

 

They won't take live helicopter video footage of the cremated tower off of Sky news. In a way, people are like "Wow, fucking awesome". Fuck it.

 

Latest figures are at least 79 have died.

Some may never be identified..

Not usually one for conspiracy theories, but starting to get suspicious


Did everyone in the building die, and no one wants to say it?

Where is everybody?

 

Some are in bed and breakfast, friends, family.

I still don't see a fridge causing that fire..

Personally, I think it was bad electrics throughout the building, and a surge made the fridge exploded.. do fridges just explode? Has to be a reason, but no one is saying..

 

I doubt they have enough to go on yet to say definitely what caused it. It'll come out in time.
