I am asking because you don't seem to have a solution to the problem. How do we know he's a criminal? How do you we stop that? There is some sort of profiling you are doing and I want to know what it is. Dress, skin color, words, just like cops you watch people and guess what they will do based on actions of others who look that way. Profiling is kind of a dirty word in America but it is how crime is policed.

You are unable to answer these questions so similar to the American gun debate I guess all we can do is just allow it. If this person did have a gun that would imply a black market which is another issue to determining who is a criminal.

And I gurentee it's much harder to find a gun in the UK so I would not worry too much about a gun in this situation. Also most important if he did have a gun it's trained police not a "good guy" who saved people so overall this is not very American right wing. In many ways it shows the opposite.

He had a criminal record from 2008 when he and his gang of terrorist friends plotted multiple bombings across London. He served only 8 years of a 16 year sentence. That's how EVERYONE (except you for some reason) knows he's a criminal. I even said he was a released prisoner in my previous post. You worry me, brah.

So many questions here. . 1. Why the hell wasn't he deported? He had uk citizenship. Dual citizenship I believe, but they have to revoke the uk one and be sure the other country would take him. If they won’t they can not revoke it. 2. Why was he released after only serving 6 years of the 24 years? The decision was appealed and he was sentenced to 16 years, but automatically released after 8 years because he pleaded guilty. He was arrested in 2010, his sentence was in 2012, the two years awaiting appeal and stuff counts towards time served in the 8 years. It was too light a sentence, unfortunately 2 innocent people had to die for him to get death.

The uk is doing rehabilitation programs for terrorists, much like the ones they did in the 80s for pedophiles. They were not successful either. This guy was a part of such a program for rehabilitating terrorist extremists, which has no data, nor has it been reviewed nor was it monitored. The regular people are the ones who suffer for these untested experiments.

Day release is for people who are doing work related things, testing them out in society prior to full release as their time is coming up for release. A way to kind of prepare them. They return to the prison at night. They are usually let out and taken somewhere for training classes so have a job waiting for them when they are released. Like a work release program that you have in the USA.

In the uk life means 25 years and you are eligible for parole after serving 2/3rds of your sentence. He was sentenced to 25 and his 2/3rds (16 years, 6 and a half months) is coming up and must have shown good behaviour since his sentence in 2003. This trying to help stop him will definitely go in his favour too.

As for there being support or people (groups) feeling sorry for Dahmer and others, you are wrong, but that is ok. His upbringing, his struggles with his sexuality, his feelings of depression and isolation, want of companionship is a priority and he needs to be understood, instead of having him executed because the death penalty is a bad thing.
