I have a prospective renter coming later today so I bee cleaning and tidying and fixing etc

she be 31 and recently laid off and taking the winter off...so lets all hope she is at least easy o the eyes if she is gonna be hanging around all winter....she is coming from a farmhouse a few towns over

I'd be more interested in her ability to pay rent, and not looks!

yes I agree....lady just had to go down into an underground garage to find a flooded area....she points at the drain and says ''the ground is so saturated the drain isn't working''....omg really?.....and he water was like 8 inches in the underground
