Livin The Chat

I did something very out of the ordinary this morning. I went and bought some fish to cook. I never do this, I don't like fish, I cannot stand the smell and taste. But I needed fish for some reason. So walking past the take away store and the deep fried hotdog batter and I'm marching toward the fish store omg.

And I see this white fish is what I want and so I get it, fillet sea bass, no skin.

And so I bring it home I start my firedrum put on the vege pot, fillets in garlic, butter and 3x lemon slices wrapped in foil twice, 4 mins each side. Omg. It was amazing.

I tasted no fish, just this awesome butter and the fish melted in my mouth. I'm definitely adding this to my diet. Now of course I cooked your calamari too thinking if the fish doesn't work out, squid for back up. But the sea bass is what shined.
