Back on topic. Democracy is a thing easily corrupted. For example, Hitler came to power using it before installing himself dictator and damn near conquering the world. Islam is intolerant, yet if intolerance is tolerated, there will eventually be tolerance no more. It's a conundrum I tell ya!

you have to allow intolerant people their opinions, and even the right to meet and discuss them, or else it's just more of a slippery slope toward taking away all freedoms. still, it's when they try to actually form and execute a plan to take away others' freedom that it needs to be quashed.

i know there's danger in allowing the intolerance in the first place, but like i said, where does it stop then?

I lay it all out there then: It is evil to impede freewill, therefore any elements of Islam, Christianity, Judiasm, Hinduism, you, me, etc., that impedes must never be tolerated; ergo intolerance in all its forms should be wiped from the face of the earth.

Why would you want to allow anyone the ability to usurp the privelage that you have, based solely on luck, under the guise of power hungry and loaded terms, like equality?

there's a difference between not tolerating something, and actually impeding it, at least the way i see it.

allowing one group to go and publicly bitch about another group they hate isn't perfect, but deny them that and they may be more likely to actually act on that hate

And thats why you give them concessions. shows like little house on the prairie is such a concession given to the minority in Canada. Just so they don't get pissed. And all the while, me .... and cate, the white dominant folk get to laugh at the poor muslims trying to fit in with other white folk in some buttfuck nowhere town.
