lol, I smoke more than my hubby does. If him and I share a J, I need to roll another and smoke some of it to get stoned. I used to be a lightweight, but after six or seven years of smoking just about everyday, I guess my tolerance is pretty huge.

I also rarely dream cuz one of the main reasons I started smoking weed (and continue) is to help me with insomnia. Oddly enough, it keeps hubby awake.

I would wager that I'm currently smoking maybe 2-3 grams a day... that's down from a about a month ago when I would guess it would be closer to five.

mandy... you make me laugh. So funny! I'm happy you shared your experience iwth us. :)

I used to smoke so fucking much when Dean and I first started dating.. we were a serious stoner couple and we hung out with another couple that smoked even more than us - a quad a day. but now my hub has asthma from being such a stoney larue and that golden age ended and a new one began.

it's interesting you say that because in many cases smoking cannabis can be relief from asthma symptoms. My good friend had lots of allergies and asthma. He vaporizes good herb and totally relieves him of his asthma symptoms better than his prescribe drugs.

damn, I really wish that were true for Dean. He can smoke on occasion now, but he was in really bad shape for months and months till he started going to a specialist.

That sucks for sure. I said vaporize though not smoke. Perhaps it's the actual smoke that hurts him. Vapor is much different. It's lighter and smoother.

yeeeah. Back when I smoked heavily I still drank, but definitely not the same way I do now. Then I quit smoking for a while and turned into a total drunk.

Now I just smoke AND drink:piggy:

Yeah, we had a vap for a long time that our dear smackhead friend left at our house and forgot. Frankly I don't like the high you get from eating it or vaping it, nothing beats toking it. But I'll def suggest it to him as a remedy. I do miss having the vap option

It all depends on the kind you have. I bet if you used mine, at the setting I use, you would change your opinion. Not one person I have 'smoked' with hasn't raved about it. Mine really is a perfect balance between a volcano and a bowl. It's super thick vapor, feels like smoke, and doesn't scorch the herb if you do it right.

Function? I function pretty much the same after smoking pot as do without. I try to smoke good stuff and always buy the best I can find... if I have shitty pot, then you can bet I'm having about 6 joints after 5pm to just stay a bit high. Funny that you can grow so much tolerance for something that used to put me flat on my ass only five years ago.

It should be worth stating that I rarely smoked pot as a teen. Didn't want to mess up my brain as it was developing.. thought I'd wait until I was an adult to do it. lol So at the age of like 22, if I had maybe three small puffs I couldn't even remember the sentence I was trying to form. Now i can do all my work while high and it not even drag me down. Good and bad I guess.

Ya... maybe 5 grams is incorrect... but I was smoking a lot more a month or so ago then I am now. But it was reeeal crap too. Wish I knew more people where we lived that could help us out.

i agree with shadygrov on pot actually helping your breathing, since it opens up your airways. you're always gonna have the problem of smoke in your lungs causing damage though, unless you vap.
