like when kylie had breast cancer you'd think she was the only woman ever to have it, and what made matters worse you just knew she'd get the best treatment, it wouldn't be left to the last minuet and she wouldn't be sitting at home for 2 months waiting for an admission

That is true but if you were in her situation wouldnt you want the earliest and best treatment? i mean i dont think in that situation the problem is with her (i mean she could have been more humble but cancer is a big deal to anyone). i think the problem is with how society treats her, we give her all the attention and medical treatment and ignore countless others going through the same (or worse hardships) is she really to blame or is it society in general?

yeah I agree with you however it was all over the news for weeks on the front pages and everyting, and it was like 'have they discovered a new illness and are you the first to have it'
over here where people have to wait weeks for treatment sitting there with cancer and having to read about how shes doing with her first hand treatment

I hate to say it but it was a false assumption because a few people who have replied to this thread have stated they have eating disorders... and i dont think they're are lieing...

 

you can't know that, your presuming that just because youve experinced it in one way, that everyone else that ED has effected feels exactly like you and hence couldn't possibly be making the kind of statements that you find offensive.

To be honest not really... but i can try, in summary it is a discussion of ED's, Judgment and the placement of celebs in our society...
