The thing about weezy is he IS the best rapper without a doubt hands down. I don't give a hoot what you'll have to say. as a matter of fact im blazin right now listening to "No Ceilings". Lil Wayne is where hes at now because hes always on his grizzy dropping new shit. Now I love Wiz Khalifa, but I think that he can never be as big as lil wayne, all his beats sound like they were made in FL studios, its just seems like Wiz Khalifa is not dropping enough shit, but the shit that he is dropping is good, it just seems to me that alot of people only listen to Wiz Khalifa's singles and more popular songs. I just think Wiz Khalifa need a few more years to blossom.

---on a side note ever since eminem stop doing drugs, and became sober he sucks now.he was waaay better when he was on drugs, now hes just depressed and sober, and his shit is getting old.

Lil Wayne really isn't that good at all. He is doing his thing in mainstream music so I guess he deserves credit there, but I wouldn't really call him a great lyricist or anything. Sure, he has his catchy punchlines that make you go "ohhhh!" when you hear them, but he's just overly simplistic with not much substance at all. Every now and then he'll surprise me with a song like Hustler Musik where he'll lay down something deeper, but those tracks are few and far between.

Wiz Khalifa, to me, is just somebody to listen to when I'm smoking and just looking to have fun. His lyrics are super simple and really not that good, but they are fun to listen to. His songs overall are actually pretty fun to listen to. I'm a fan of his catchy hooks. I would never take him seriously as a rapper, though.

I liked Eminem up until The Eminem Show, and by the time Relapse came out, I started to give up on him, but I think Recovery was a really, really good album. The songs were sort of commercialized but I think he really brought it, lyrically. Shady Records seem to be looking up after a long break now that they've signed Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse.

The best rapper without a doubt? man as a true hip hop fan i have a hard time deciding who the best rapper is but to say it's wayne without a doubt is a stretch. Do you really listen to his music, i mean listen to what this nigga is actually saying?

Do you not think it's possible he's where he's at because he got a record deal from his adopted father at age 16 and has been pushed onto the mainstream ever since?

Lol you don't think the beat for the song "Six foot seven" could be made in FL ? It's just an 808 and a pitched up henry belafonte sample. Nothing more.

Hahaa, this I actually agree with wholeheartedly.
