Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial for managing erectile dysfunction.

Focus on regular exercise, a balanced diet, weight management, stress reduction techniques, and limiting alcohol consumption. Quit smoking if you smoke, manage chronic health conditions, and prioritize overall well-being to support optimal sexual health.

Not everyone agrees what a healthy diet is.

Yes and one can do all those things and is still beset with ED. I endurance cycle and am a triathlete. Grueling training comes along with this. But before I started doing Tri's I was a couch potato. After training for a year I noticed my body was responding to sex better. My libido had increased. Hard on's were plentiful and full. Sex had changed from fun to fantastic. But now that I'm in my 70's I have had a few times where I go limp right in the middle of fucking a nice wet juicy pussy. So I got a little dysfunction going on now. And as I grow older the dysfunction will happen more frequently. My doctor will be able to help me along with meds someday. But for now I'll see how it goes.
